  4. East: Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal and A&N Island
  5. West: Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra, D&N Haveli and Daman&Diu
  6. North East: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura
