  1. *Total scores were obtained from aggregate scores on three depressive symptoms. Sample questions include: Q1-How much of a problem did you have with sleeping, such as falling asleep, waking up frequently during the night, or waking up too early in the morning? (0 = None, 1 = Mild, 2 = Moderate, 3 = Severe or extreme). Q2-In the last 30 days, how much of a problem did you have with feeling sad, low or depressed? (0 = None, 1 = Mild, 2 = Moderate, 3 = Severe or extreme). Q3-In the last 30 days, how much of a problem did you have with worry or anxiety? (0 = None, 1 = Mild, 2 = Moderate, 3 = Severe or extreme)
