  1. aOut of the 200,000 patients simulated, 84.4 % had a TAC below 15,000 g/year, 10.8 % had a TAC between 15,000 and 39,000 g/year, and 4.6 % had more than 39,000 g/year. For each TAC group of patients, the probabilities of events for each patient were summed over 12 months, and this sum was transformed to represent the number of events per 100,000 individuals
