  1. List of ICF ‘Body functions’ categories from the GHS, the NHANES, and the ICF Core Set studies datasets included in the analyses, rank order from Random Forests and Group Lasso indicating the level of association with the general health question, and cut-off rank for the different datasets. Those categories that rank among the top 50% in both regression methodologies in at least one dataset were considered confirmed and selected for comparison with the World Health Survey domains of functioning.
  2. *The ICF categories containing a rank number in these columns were included in the analyses with data of this study. In each column, bold numbers indicate that the corresponding ICF category ranked among the top 50% in the corresponding regression methodology for the selected dataset.
